to you, enchanted land, who feeds me body and spirit. to you, Lenape, Oneida and Haudenosaunee Confederacy - ancestors and descendants of this enchanted and occupied land where, with much complexity, I am grateful to call home. to you, ancestors and descendants of those whose forced labor built the infrastructures I still live within and continue to profit from. to you, my blood ancestors, I call in remembering, as I join with those whose labor and prayer are for love, repair, and justice. may we call upon each other and fumble together with vulnerability and integrity, so we may share fully and equitably in this life.
